Full-Time English Teacher => Relocate to China

Job Description :

At Explorelife we teach English through engaging with literature and writing

practice for students aged 3- 14. In the beginning, it is likely that new teachers

will predominantly take on Phonics Program, and lower level literature / writing

coursework (e.g. Bridge Course) with the opportunity to teach picture books, novels, grammar, and different writing mediums in the future. Teachers must

keep in contact with their Head Teacher and operations staff about student

progress and maintain a professional relationship with parents. EL Teachers

should provide a consistently challenging classroom environment for students

and ensure that their teaching methodology is congruent with EL’s philosophy

and goals. Teachers will work five days a week (three weekdays and

weekend), with normal working shifts are 13-21 for three weekdays and 9-6 at

weekend.

Requirements :

1.Native English speaker, American , British, or Canadian preferred.

• 2.Bachelor degree or above, major in English / pedagogy psychology, outdoor sports, electrical engineering, life science and other related majors;
• 3.Those who understand innovative education and are familiar with PBL, game project-based education and other innovative education are preferred;
• 4.Experience in teaching in international schools, international education and training is preferred;

5.Has rich experience in teaching children / adults English, Enjoy teaching, good communication, organization and management skills.

6. Strong personal charisma, sense of humor, knowledge widely; be responsible for and be patient with students, be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.

Benefits :

1. The monthly salary is between 20K and 30K, depending on candidates’ background / experiences and including following allowances :

(1) Yearly Round trip ticket (up to ¥7000 with provision of invoices)

2. Paid leaves (5 days sick leave and 10 days annual leave)
