Job Qualifications-

  • Education : Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Experience : Minimum of five (5) years in a Controller-level role and five (5) years of experience in construction accounting.
  • Proven knowledge of job cost accounting WIP reporting and over / under billing adjustments.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
  • Experience leading an accounting team and training staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel QuickBooks Desktop and related accounting software.
  • Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and professional integrity.
