Supports design process of the virtual construction department Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
Work with multiple trade draftsmen both internal and external to resolve spatial conflicts Job Scope:
- The Revit/CAD Technician will be responsible for producing accurate working drawings to facilitate the design, installation and coordination of the mechanical systems Education: High school diploma or equivalency required Associates Degree in Engineering or Drafting Technology helpful Experience: Proficiency with Revit software Proficiency with AutoCAD software preferred Knowledge of Navisworks preferred Understanding of layout of HVAC / piping / plumbing Understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, Pipefitting, Plumbing) preferred Knowledge, skills, and abilities : Basic understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems Basic understanding of mechanical construction principles and processes Proficiency in the use of computer aided drafting software: Basic Revit Navisworks Simulate / Manage Basic AutoCAD Skills Bluebeam Revu helpful but not required Analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing technology / computer systems, software, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities Mathematical skills.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
Physical and/or travel demands:
- These duties require prolonged sitting and use of computer keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
- Visual acuity is required to discern drawings, and manual dexterity for operating computer equipment.
- Travel to remote jobsite for meetings, trouble-shooting and/or constructability review is required. May be required to be on-site for several months during the detailing/coordination phase of a project. This position will be posted until March 2, 2025.

Benefits and Compensation:
- The range for this position has been established at $19.38 - $27.38 per hour and is US Engineering’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting.
- The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
- Your total compensation will go beyond the number on your paycheck.
