Director of Rehabilitation Services

The Lutheran Care Center at Poughkeepsie is announcing a search for an onsite full time Director of Rehabilitation Services. The incumbent will implement processes and procedures for the Rehab team in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Physical Therapy. The Director of Rehab will develop staffing and budget measures and must be able to balance providing excellent care with fiscal responsibility. Should possess a thorough knowledge of MDS, PDPM and scheduling.

Requires an advanced Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy, NYS License, and previous demonstrated leadership running a rehab department in a skilled nursing facility.
