Hales AC is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love staying organized, and want to play a critical role in keeping our HVAC operations running smoothly, this role is for you.

You’ll be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing vendor relationships, processing purchase orders, and ensuring our field teams get what they need to succeed. Bonus : You won’t be stuck behind a desk all day—there’s a physical and logistical element to this job that keeps it interesting.

Key Responsibilities :

Purchase Order Management : Accurately place, track, and receive all orders on time

Warranty & Returns : Process warranty parts, returns, and vendor credits promptly and accurately.

Vendor Coordination : Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and secure the best deals.

Inventory Control : Maintain optimal stock levels and conduct monthly physical inventory counts.

Supplier Sourcing : Identify and onboard new vendors for better pricing and availability.

Scheduling & Logistics : Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and material distribution. Some after-hours coordination may be required.

Tech Tools : Utilize Excel and digital systems to manage inventory and order data.

Physical Capability : Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Local Travel : Pick up and deliver supplies to job sites as needed.

Qualifications :

Preferred : HVAC parts and systems knowledge

Must Have : Clean driving record
