[job_card.job_description]This is for the CVOR team, the candidate needs to have more than 2 years CVOR experience Busy OR with 17 rooms - population include Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics. EPIC exp. and BLS required. Minimum of 2 yrs. Exp. Scrubs provided. Assists in positioning / safety to patient. Observes and enforces strict standards of asepsis. Observes, checks, and monitors all equipment used during surgery. Documents pertinent information in EHR. Provides for accurate care and handling of specimens. Minimum of 2 years CVOR experience BLS - Basic Life Support (required) State License 1 Verification (Required within 30 days of start) NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) (Required within 30 days of start) ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (required for O.R.)
