Join Our Team : 1st Shift Warehouse Associate - $18 / Hour

Location : Bolingbrook, IL

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 5 : 00 AM - 1 : 30 PM

We're hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate to join our growing team! Starting at $18 per hour, this position offers full-time, weekday hours with opportunities to learn and grow in a collaborative setting.

What You'll Do :

• Accurately fill and package orders based on detailed specifications and paperwork.
• Operate packaging lines, forklifts, and cranes to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Conduct final inspections of materials and complete associated documentation.
• Support your team with a variety of tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Keep equipment clean and operational; report any issues promptly.
• Train team members when needed and help foster a strong, high-trust environment.
• Follow all health, safety, quality, and continuous improvement protocols.
• Take part in cross-training opportunities, including slitting and traverse winding operations.
