PROGRAM DIRECTOR

The Program Director will oversee and manage the residential program. He / she will coach

adults with developmental disabilities in independent living skills. The Director will maintain

leases, update regulations and coordinate services with collaborative partners. He / she will

maintain residential plans and monitor plans for each client within the program. The Director will

ensure that the residential program is in compliance for internal audits including but not limited

auditing by MCO’s, DDSN, and other entities as required. He / She will provide assistance to

residence for HUD re-certifications and complete all necessary program eligibility requirements.

Program Director will provide support to other areas relating to community resources.

(supervisory roles are dependent on the residential program).
