[job_card.job_description]Base Salary : $250,000 $350,000 annually, commensurate with experience Bonus : Collections-based incentive program Relocation and Sign-On Bonuses : Available and negotiable Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and sick leave 401(k) with employer matching Full malpractice insurance coverage CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Diagnose and treat shoulder conditions, including sports injuries, trauma, and degenerative diseases Perform shoulder arthroscopy and total shoulder arthroplasty (anatomic and reverse) Manage preoperative and postoperative care to ensure seamless patient recovery Collaborate closely with onsite physical therapy to optimize rehabilitation Optionally provide sports knee care depending on interest and referrals Conduct in-office procedures such as ultrasound-guided injections Maintain thorough documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) Participate in quality improvement initiatives Fellowship training in Sports Medicine or Shoulder & Elbow Surgery Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS) Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona (MD or DO) Skilled in shoulder reconstruction and joint replacement procedures Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Position Summary
We are seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine with an emphasis on shoulder arthroplasty to join a physician-led orthopedic group in Scottsdale, AZ. This surgical position offers a high-volume, focused practice supported by skilled physician assistants, in-house imaging, and a dedicated surgical team. Ideal candidates will appreciate the opportunity to concentrate on shoulder care within a collaborative, efficient practice backed by a strong referral network.
