Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Carpenter to perform wood and metal stud framing, acoustic ceiling installation, and drywall backing. The ideal candidate will be experienced in reading blueprints and accurately laying out framing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform wood and metal stud framing.
• Install acoustic ceilings and drywall backing.
• Read blueprints and accurately lay out framing systems.
• Install commercial doors, frames, and hardware such as locks, closers, and panic devices.
• Work proficiently with hand and power tools.
• Adhere to construction safety standards.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Work Environment

Candidates will be working in commercial environments with work hours from 6am - 2 : 30pm or 7am - 3 : 30pm, depending on the job site. A dress code of wearing hard hats, high visibility clothing, and work boots is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00 / hr.
