Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Permanent Staff Accountant to join our Finance industry team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction company accounting. The candidate must have experience in data entry, dealership licensing acquisition and maintenance in over 25 states for dozens of salespeople, sale and use tax filing, journal entries, reviewing financial statements, loan auditing and servicing, insurance auditing, coverage and policy procurement, pricing evaluation and upholding, bank reconciliations, full cycle accounting, county tax filing, and sales and use tax filing. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities :

• Manage dealership licensing acquisition and maintenance in over 25 states for dozens of salespeople
• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns
• Perform journal entries and review financial statements
• Audit and service loans
• Audit insurance coverage and procure policies
• Evaluate pricing and uphold policies
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Perform full cycle accounting
• File county tax returns
