Contract Length :  13 Weeks

Weekly Compensation :  Up to  $2,600  (based on experience)

Hospice Experience Required

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a compassionate and experienced  Hospice Registered Nurse  for a local travel contract opportunity with one of our top healthcare partners in  Coeur d'Alene, Idaho . This role is perfect for RNs who are dedicated to providing end-of-life care with dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence in a home or facility-based setting.

Job Description :

Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or hospice facilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized end-of-life care plans

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides

Administer medications, manage symptoms, and perform wound care as needed

Offer emotional and educational support to patients and families regarding disease progression and comfort measures

Accurately document visits and maintain compliance with hospice standards and agency protocols

Participate in on-call rotations as assigned and ensure timely communication of patient status changes

Education & Certification Requirements :

Active  Registered Nurse (RN)  license in Idaho (or compact state license)

Current  AHA BLS certification

Minimum  1 year of recent Hospice RN experience  required

Strong understanding of hospice philosophy, pain management, and symptom control

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing  (BSN preferred)
