We are seeking a Project Analyst to join our Austin-based team on a hybrid basis, with weekly in-office attendance required. The Project Analyst plays a critical role in helping institutions align on long-term vision, strategy, and impact.
The primary focus of the Project Analyst role is to produce analytics and resulting synthesis that inform project teams' advisement to colleges, universities, and other clients. Analysts support the positioning of assetsincluding campus housing, intercollegiate athletic facilities, campus recreation centers, student unions, arenas and stadiums, campus-edge developments, independent and charter schools, and community recreation centersto best advance each organization's long-term mission and vision.
Analytical work may include master planning activities, site and market analyses, needs assessments, program planning, financial modeling, and strategic evaluations. Project Analysts collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate data into insights that support clear, actionable client decision-making.

This role's target base annual salary range is currently $65,000-$78,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education, experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate, and pay relative to other team members.
