RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TAX DIRECTOR:

• You will work cross functionally throughout the entire organization and lead the entire Tax Team
• Reviewing & Analyzing US GAAP & STAT Financial Statements from Tax Perspective
• Lead, Coach, Mentor, & Develop Your Team
  • (3) Direct Reports
• Leading all tax related research to ensure compliance throughout the organization
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership on key tax related issues

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE TAX DIRECTOR:

• Bachelors degree; MBA or Masters; CPA Welcomed
• Property & Casualty Experience
• GAAP & STAT Experience

Compensation: $220,000 - $280,000 + Bonus depending on experience
