Griffin Hospital's emergency department is designed for optimal efficiency - identically configured and equipped to accommodate all levels of care. We are currently seeking a full-time nocturnist EM physician, with part-time and PRN opportunities also available. Whether you're looking for a stable full-time role or additional shifts, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a high-performing community hospital.

Emergency Department Overview
- Hospital beds : 160
- 22 private ED beds
- 3 dedicated behavioral health crisis intervention rooms
- Brand new Emergency Psychiatric Assessment, Treatment and Healing (EmPATH) unit
- Annual ED volume : 35,000
- Coverage : 36 hours of EM physician coverage daily (9 and 10-hour shifts)
- 20 hours of EM APC coverage daily
- Teaching responsibilities for medical students, PA students, and internal medicine residents
- Collaborative hospitalist program
- EMR : Meditech Expanse with Ambient AI scribe and Dragon
- Griffin ED was awarded Department of the Year for 2025
