• Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 pm schedule with no weekends
• Outpatient-only practice with value-based care model
• See 20 - 25 patients per day in established practice
• Board-certified internal medicine or family practice physician
• Group practice setting with collegial support
• eClinicalworks EMR system
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required
• Medicare and commercial insurance patient mix
