CNC Operator

Location : Walker, MI Shift : Pay : $18 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in Walker, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to provide products for various industries including aerospace, medical, construction, and more!

What You'll Be Doing

As a CNC Operator , your core responsibilities will include :

Monitor run times, program cycles, and stocked material for production jobs (operate multiple machines).

Material polishing, grinding, and deburring as needed using shop hand tools.

Load materials or parts into a CNC machine for production runs.

In addition, you will also be expected to perform and record quality inspections, clean and maintain equipment, and all other shop functions / tasks as requested (shipping / receiving and shop cleaning).

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following :

Qualifications :

Ability to work independently and be a dependable team member.

Must be able to read blueprints, and understand print tolerances, and dimension symbols.

Knowledge of quality control inspection equipment and measuring parts accurately.

Skills :

Must know how to read calipers and micrometers.

Experience with CNC Operating preferred but not required.
