Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is for a licensed Special Education Teacher supporting K-12 students in a school setting in Jacksonville, AR. The role spans the 2025-2026 school year, providing essential educational services to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Qualifications :

  • Current Special Education (SPED) license valid in Arkansas
  • Experience working with K-12 age groups is preferred
  • Strong commitment to individualized instructional strategies and inclusive education

Job Details :

  • Contract duration : August 13, 2025, to May 21, 2026
  • Work schedule : 37 hours per week, 5 days per week
  • Location : Jacksonville, Arkansas
  • Serving K-12 student population

    • Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement tailored instructional plans that address the unique needs of students with disabilities
  • Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, and families to enhance student learning and engagement
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state education requirements
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment promoting student growth
