Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Rochester, New York Metropolitan Area. As an HVAC Service Field Supervisor, you will oversee daily field operations, manage a team of HVAC technicians, and ensure quality service delivery. Your responsibilities will include scheduling assignments, troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing preventive maintenance, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. You will also play a critical role in ensuring safety and efficiency in all field operations.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience and strong leadership skills to manage and support a team effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions to client needs.
• Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant HVAC certifications and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
• Experience with safety standards and workplace compliance regulations.
