Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to onboard and activate customers through a partnership with Gong.

Key Responsibilities

Lead onboarding for Gong-sourced customers, managing the full lifecycle from introduction to go-live

Serve as a product expert across various Chili Piper products and guide customers through integration with Gong Engage

Manage a high-volume implementation pipeline, ensuring customer engagement and fast time-to-value

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Gong Engage, including sequences, tasks, and integration workflows

Strong knowledge of Chili Piper products such as ChiliCal, Handoff, Concierge, Distro, and Chat AI

Technical proficiency with Salesforce objects, flows, lead routing, and integrations

Proven success onboarding customers in post-sales roles, focusing on fast time-to-value

Strong time-management skills to run multiple implementations concurrently
