LA is seeking an experienced Digital Designer to join our Brand Design team under a contract expected to run up to 12 months , with the potential for early completion or conversion to full-time based on project needs and performance.

The ideal candidate has a passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of digital design systems and user experience.

This role will own the end-to-end creation of landing pages, emails, and digital experiences—from concept through production—collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver work that is both visually striking and strategically effective.  This is a hybrid position with an in-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday .

What You’ll Bring :

  • At least 4 years of professional design experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or consumer brand environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional layout, typography, and image-creation skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and component-based design systems.
  • Expertise in Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite; motion design experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of UX / UI and Accessibility principles; familiarity with HTML / CSS preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in articulating and advocating design decisions.
  • Experience building presentations in Apple Keynote (preferred, not required).
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and strong work ethic.

The Pay :

  • The hourly compensation range for this position is $50–$75 / hr.
  • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, location, prior experience, and education.
  • This is a hybrid contract role, expected to run up to 12 months, with the potential for early completion or conversion to full-time based on project needs and performance.

  • The ability to distinguish color values, saturation, brightness, and contrast is critical to ensure visual consistency, brand accuracy, and accessibility compliance across all digital assets.

    • Technology use :

  • Regular use of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote) and project management tools.

    • Multitasking :

  • Managing multiple design projects and deadlines with efficiency and focus.
