Global Regulatory Liaison Office

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our Global Regulatory Liaison Office. The Regulatory Interactions Vice President will play a vital role in the strategic management and execution of State Street's interactions with our global regulators. Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority are required.

The role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home (1 day per week) and office (4 days per week).

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on supervisory focus areas and regulatory updates to support execution of regulatory strategy
• Tracking and maintaining the regulatory coverage plan for key regulators globally
• Advancing and promoting firmwide protocols for regulatory interactions
• Creating briefing materials and providing credible review in preparation for successful interactions with regulators
• Tracking and reporting on the frequency and quality of regulatory interactions, and summarizing key regulatory themes
• Contributing to GRLO communications around regulatory themes and focus
• Fostering proactive relationships with regulatory counterparts and internal key constituents
• Handle sensitive information with great discretion and maintain confidentiality

Education and Preferred Qualifications

Salary Range : $115,000 - $190,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
