SEG Analyst, Process Analysis - Payroll

As SEG Analyst, Process Analysis - Payroll, you will support the standardization and improvement of global payroll processes. By analyzing payroll workflows, data accuracy, and system efficiency, your insights will help ensure timely, compliant, and consistent payroll delivery across Newmont's operations.

As part of our team, you will :

• Analyze payroll processes to identify pain points and recommend improvements
• Support the documentation and testing of payroll process changes within ERP systems
• Collaborate on gap analyses and standardize payroll reporting and compliance structures
• Translate business and regional requirements into globally aligned payroll procedures
• Contribute to the development of payroll metrics and dashboards
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Digital teams to enhance automation and reporting

The salary range offered for this role is USD $89,760- 117,810. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and / or experience.
