When it comes to attention to detail, leading projects, deadlines, communications, and ideas in different time zones, you've got it under control. This position will partner with Compensation Business Partners, Systems teams, and other People team functions to support the design, assessment, and implementation of Apple's global compensation programs.

Description

• Gather and analyze compensation data to perform analysis and support business needs - Contribute to the management and development of our base salary, bonus, and equity programs - Support the implementation, maintenance, and administration of key compensation systems, databases, and tools - Help maintain processes to keep global pay / salary structures updated based on internal and external market data and in alignment with Apple's compensation strategy - Support the management of Apple's equity programs - Participate in compensation surveys and provide analysis of competitive positioning. - Contribute to the development of compensation policies and practices - Manage reporting and perform ad-hoc analyses for Compensation Business Partners and other stakeholders - Perform staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer job architecture and compensation policies and programs - Assist with the annual compensation planning process - Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners and vendors

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
