Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping
• Manage and mentor a team of 20+ warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure real-time updates through WMS and Oracle systems
• Monitor daily workflows and provide leadership across all shifts as needed
• Use Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
• Collaborate with internal departments like logistics, supply chain, and customer service
• Enforce safety standards and warehouse best practices
• Prepare reports on KPIs, productivity, and inventory metrics
• Support warehouse expansion, layout optimization, and SOP creation
