Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Large Enterprise Account Executives, fostering a culture of excellence
Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills of the sales team
Optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency and results
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a leadership role managing an Account Executive team in HR Tech or FinTech
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies
Proven ability to coach and develop sales professionals
Proficiency in data analysis for driving strategy and decision-making
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
