Job Title : Patient Access Coordinator

Location : Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)

Job Summary :

  • Are you an experienced administrative professional with a background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology? Our client is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to join their team in Cambridge, MA.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Organize team meetings and Patient Access Executive Committee (PAEC) meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute taking
  • Manage calendars and expense reports
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Plan events
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and managing office supplies
  • Provide administrative support to the Patient Access team
  • Manage SharePoint sites and archive documents
  • Support the contracting, invoice, and Purchase Orders process
  • Manage the Patient Access team's mailbox and other team activities

    • Skills Required :

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting one or more individuals
  • 2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
