Hybrid Patent Counsel Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience with patent prosecution across a range of advanced technologies, including wireless communications, AI, hardware systems, and related areas.
  • Electrical Engineering degree is required.
  • USPTO Registration
  • Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
