We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to manage and expand a defined sales territory in the Raleigh, NC area. This role is a blend of existing accounts management and new business development, calling on customers in the Industrial, Construction & Manufacturing sectors. This person thrives in a collaborative sales culture, bringing the drive and independence needed to grow revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Territory Management & Business Development :

• Oversee an established book of accounts within the southeast Raleigh area while prospecting for new customers.
• Execute a hybrid sales strategy; cold calling for new business development, networking, on-site visits to construction sites, and attending customer events.
• Partner closely with inside sales and support staff to ensure seamless customer service and problem resolution.

Customer Engagement :

Sales Process & Reporting :

oNet new account acquisition and growth of existing accounts.

oOverall revenue growth and collections in assigned territory.

oDepth and quality of customer relationships.
