Job Description
- Join a privately held EPC and industrial construction services firm as an Engineering Manager
- This role blends technical expertise with leadership, managing a small internal team and external engineering partners while remaining actively involved in design and project coordination
- The Engineering Manager will ensure engineering deliverables align with project schedules, budgets, and construction execution needs

Responsibilities
- Oversee and contribute to engineering design and execution for industrial construction projects
- Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 internal engineers and coordinate third-party engineering subcontractors
- Maintain alignment between engineering output and construction schedules
- Visit job sites as needed to resolve technical issues and support field operations
- Lead team meetings, client communications, and project reviews
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- 8–10+ years of experience in EPC or industrial construction project environments
- Primary technical background in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience in industrial process piping systems
- Strong working knowledge of ASME piping codes and related ASTM standards
- Experience supporting heavy industrial construction projects (energy, terminals, process facilities)
- Familiarity with structural and civil coordination in industrial environments (mechanical focus required)
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractor performance
- Skilled communicator with the ability to collaborate across engineering, project management, and field operations
- Proficiency in Autodesk and Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with project scheduling software a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed (approximately once per month on average)

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
