Position Summary

The VP of Corporate Communications is responsible for shaping and protecting the companys global brand and reputation. This executive leads all corporate communications functionsincluding PR media and analyst relations executive communications internal communications and crisis managementwhile driving strategic messaging that supports the companys vision market position and business objectives .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a global corporate communications strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee all external communications including media relations analyst relations executive visibility and corporate storytelling.
• Serve as a senior advisor to the executive team on messaging brand positioning and communications risk.
• Direct crisis communications planning and response across all global markets.
• Build strong relationships with top-tier media analysts influencers and partners.
• Ensure consistency in corporate messaging across PR internal communications digital channels and employee communications.
• Oversee the development of press releases executive speeches bylines and other communication materials.
• Monitor competitive trends industry narratives and brand sentiment; communicate insightstoleadership.
• Lead and develop a high-performing communications team and manage global agency partners.
• Establish KPIs track program performance and manage department budgets.
