Attorney

Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba, P.C. is a mid-sized regional law firm looking to add an Attorney to our team. We seek a detail-oriented and highly motivated Attorney with a strong background in tort litigation to join our Philadelphia office. You will have the opportunity to take case responsibility, work on meaningful legal matters, and be part of a supportive team.

Job Description:

Litigation and Counseling: Deposition, Arbitration/Mediation and Jury Trial experience preferred

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to address their legal needs.

Case Management: Handle cases from inception to resolution, including research, legal writing, and courtroom appearances.

Attention to Detail: Manage a high volume of cases with precision and organization.

Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania required
• Licensed to practice in West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Delaware a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Excellent legal research, writing and advocacy skills
• Work well under deadlines and in a fast paced- high-pressure environment
• Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently
• Deposition and oral argument experience required
• Trial experience a plus.

Starting salary is comparable to going rates and will depend on experience.
