Key Responsibilities
Recommend innovative benefits programs based on employee requirements and industry trends
Lead benefits renewal processes and manage annual Open Enrollment in the US
Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent communication and support for benefits programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field
8+ years of experience managing benefits programs, including 3+ years of international experience
Strong client focus with critical thinking and analytical skills
Understanding of compliance and current employment legislation
Working knowledge of Workday
