Inbound & Outbound Logistics Coordinator

Pay : $15.50 per hour

Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Schedule : Monday–Friday

Start Date : ASAP

A Day in This Role

You kick off the morning aligning with the team on inbound freight. Trucks arrive, and you’re ready—unloading pallets, inspecting materials, and confirming quantities against paperwork. Midday, you pivot to outbound : picking the right items, packing precisely, and staging orders so carriers can move on time. Between runs, you tidy aisles, restock supplies, and make sure documentation is complete and accurate. Throughout it all, safety stays front and center.

What You’ll Handle

• Receive, unload, and visually inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Verify and record inbound and outbound materials; maintain clear shipping / receiving logs
• Pick, pack, label, and stage products for timely shipment
• Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Organize inventory and restock materials to designated locations
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe; follow all safety procedures
