In this role, you'll work closely with product managers and government leadership to understand mission goals and user requirements. On an agile team, you'll design and deliver large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are visually refined. You'll contribute across the full spectrum of the digital lifecycle, including user research, interface design, accessibility compliance, rapid prototyping, and front-end development. Your ability to combine UX thinking with strong engineering practices will ensure every solution is user-centered, compliant, and aligned with national security objectives. You Have :

• 6+ years of experience with front-end development
• Experience developing high-quality front-end applications using Vue.js, React.js, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS or SCSS
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.x, Section 508 compliance, responsive design, and front-end best practices in secure government environments
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects across locations and charge codes while managing expectations and delivering polished, high-quality results
• TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
