Proposal Specialist

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to lead the proposal process and collaborate with technical teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the proposal process, including writing content and managing schedules and compliance matrices

Review and edit proposal content for clarity and compliance with RFP requirements

Support client interview preparation and provide mentorship to junior team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field, or relevant experience

6+ years of experience in proposals and marketing content development for the AEC industry

Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience coordinating multiple proposals and deadlines concurrently

Ability to work independently and meet all deadlines
