We are committed to promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and fostering a safe, compassionate community.Job DescriptionKinbridge at Oviedo is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our care team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavioral intervention plans, support residents with behavioral and developmental needs, and contribute to a calm, structured, and supportive living environment. The ideal candidate brings patience, strong communication skills, med tech experience, and a passion for supporting individuals who require behavioral care.Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide direct behavioral support to residents in alignment with resident-specific goals.
• Accurately collect, record, and report behavioral data to support ongoing assessment and treatment planning.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, meals, mobility, and engagement support.
• Administer or assist with medications in accordance with ALF policies and med tech certification guidelines.
• Observe, document, and communicate behavioral or condition changes to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff, therapists, and family members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain a safe and structured environment that supports residents’ health and emotional well-being.
• Participate in required trainings and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with residents, families, and team members.
