Your Role as a Speech Language Therapist

As a vital member of our team, your responsibilities will include :

  • Conducting evaluations and assessments to create individualized treatment plans for patients requiring speech and language rehabilitation.
  • Identifying challenges and adjusting therapy practices as needed.
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress, outcomes, and responses to treatment.
  • Celebrating each patient's victories throughout their journey.

    • Qualifications

    To be a successful candidate, you should possess :

  • Current state licensure or certification.
  • Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred, or a Bachelor's degree along with relevant field experience.
