Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitates and actively participate in all phases of the business process enablement life cycle
• Guides the successful completion of major programs or projects. Generally, acts as a project lead, but may manage as needed.
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional, and application issues and manage these through to resolution.
• Applies advanced technical principles; theories and concepts; and a high level of creativity in identifying and defining business needs for complex business initiatives. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
• Develops requirements and facilitates creation of user stories for complex technology and business initiatives.
• Applies a wide application of concepts, principles, and practices to the analytical process, working from an enterprise perspective.
• Evaluates alternative solutions to determine if requirements are met and communicates implications.
• Applies advanced skills to analyze and establish one or more approaches. Evaluates alternatives and explores the adaptation of policies, procedures, standards, techniques, and technology to meet specific needs and provide for the best solution.
• Ensures nominated approaches fulfill business objectives, resolves problem statements.
• Prepares impact analyses and conducts feasibility studies on highly complex technology and business initiatives.
• Examines detail, classifies, and breaks down information into constituent parts.
• Conducts inspections to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.

The pay range for this position is $85,100 - $110,000 / yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
