Key Responsibilities

Lead title and survey review for commercial acquisitions, financings, and dispositions

Review title reports and documents, preparing objections and responses for commercial transactions

Coordinate closings and assist with due diligence for real estate transactions

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a transactional real estate paralegal in California

Thorough understanding of title and survey matters, including title insurance policies

Extensive knowledge of real estate terminology and commercial transactional processes

Strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
