As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will support the delivery of mid-year and year-end compensation planning cycles for multiple parts of the business, using the Pave platform. You’ll help maintain high-quality compensation data and support the tools and systems that scale our programs.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Compensation Programs and Operations, you’ll partner with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to support the program management, testing, and implementation of global compensation programs and help scale the compensation team’s frameworks, tools, and practices as the company continues to grow.
