The CRM Developer / Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining CRM solutions—primarily within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform environment. This role supports Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing departments by accelerating delivery of complex business solutions, optimizing system performance, and integrating CRM with other enterprise systems. The position is critical for driving digital transformation, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.
- This position is onsite based in Hoover, AL and is not open to remote work.
Responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to the following :
Develop, customize, and maintain CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform).Design and implement custom plugins, workflows, Power Apps, and reports.Integrate CRM with ERP, Finance, proprietary databases, and other enterprise systems.Gather and analyze business requirements; translate into technical solutions.Ensure CRM data quality, integrity, and security.Provide technical support and training to end-users.Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize CRM usage.Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.Stay current with CRM technology trends and best practices.The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications :
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, SQL.Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and data migration.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience in CRM development or administration.Experience with enterprise IT environments preferredRelevant CRM certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) preferredBenefits :
