This Position reports to :

Service Team Leader

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for this role is : Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site representative to the ABB end customer / user and other ABB field personnel.
• Preserve ABB's Safety Culture on every aspect and as first priority, in the field and always keeping an eye on co-workers.
• Occasionally have additional team leader administrative responsibilities to coordinate internal field service activities.
• Assist customer with spare parts ordering, issues resolution, and provisioning.
• Perform collateral duties as assigned to meet business needs as they relate to EHS, Quality, Integrity, etc.
• Perform duties in Power Delivery, Medium & Low Voltage Switchgear / MCCs, Protective Relays, Transformers, Control Systems, etc.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $79,800 and $127,680 annually.
