Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Expansion :  Identify and engage new clients through targeted outreach and research.

Client Partnership & Advisory :  Build consultative relationships and position Nobilis as a trusted hiring partner.

Deal Strategy & Closing :  Manage the full sales cycle and close agreements that support long-term success.

Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution :  Oversee end-to-end recruiting, ensuring smooth interviews and successful placements.

Qualifications

Experienced full-desk recruiter with a proven track record in client acquisition.

Background in  telecommunications, manufacturing, engineering, or technical sectors  preferred
