Project Manager - K-12 / Public Projects - DC Metro
The Project Manager - K-12 / Public Projects - DC Metro will :
- Lead and manage construction projects valued at $20M+, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks
- Maintain project documentation and reporting using MS Office tools
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Uphold the client's core values of integrity, innovation, and community impact
- Navigate permitting and regulatory processes in the DMV region

The Project Manager - K-12 / Public Projects - DC Metro will have :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in constructionProven track record managing at least one ground-up building projectExperience in sectors such as multifamily, healthcare, education, or civic buildingsFamiliarity with DMV construction regulations and stakeholdersOSHA 30 certification requiredPMP or CCM certification preferredProficiency in MS OfficeThe Project Manager - K-12 / Public Projects - DC Metro will receive :
