Key Responsibilities
Initiate collection calls and emails to clients regarding past due accounts
Monitor accounts receivable aging and process various payment methods
Coordinate with team members and departments to resolve client inquiries and ensure timely deliverables
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable and billing
Ability to apply basic accounting concepts and perform calculations
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to handle a high volume of transactions and work independently
