Signature Hardware is currently hiring an Internet Merchandiser. This is a great opportunity in Digital Commerce!

Please Note : This position is open to remote candidates across the US (East Coast ideal but not required) or based out of Signature Hardware offices in Erlanger, KY.

Working with the sales operations manager, as well as other enterprise data and marketing teams, this position will assist in the development and execution of brand specific digital strategies across both FergusonHome.com and Ferguson.com environments. This role will focus on driving sales and margin growth in the channel while supporting the overall Signature Hardware brand strategy. This position will drive day-to-day merchandising updates across multiple websites within multiple ecommerce systems.

This role will focus on optimizing the customer shopping experience for Signature Hardware products across multiple sites and platforms. Merchandisers use creative ideas to drive unique shopping experiences across different customer segment groups. The Merchandiser will also assess the competitive landscape around their categories to stay best in class online.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Work with Sales Operations Manager to implement a digital merchandising strategy to grow both sales and margin on assigned channels
• Collaborate with Ferguson Home merchandising teams to promote a best-in-class merchandising experience
• Collaborate with pricing groups and Sales Operations to execute digital promotional campaigns
• Work with Digital Marketing teams to optimize online traffic to your brands
• Assist in the creation of landing pages for the brand, categories, and key products to optimize customer experience
• Analyze customer pathing through partner sites to find opportunities to increase conversions
• Work with the merchandising groups to optimize search around key categories
• Analyze and update cross-sell and up-sell products on the assigned products

Pay Range : Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience. $4,124.70 - $6,783.70 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
