A company is looking for a Lease Auditor in Property Management.
Key Responsibilities
Review Landlord co-tenancy reports and calculate Substitute Rent for violations
Analyze CAM, Real Estate Tax, and Insurance reconciliations while negotiating with Landlords
Act as the primary contact for Landlord-related matters and maintain good working relationships
Required Qualifications
BA degree or equivalent Property Management experience (3 years) in a retail environment
Ability to understand legal terminology and interpret Lease clauses
Property accounting experience preferred
Strong PC skills are a plus
Must be a multi-task oriented self-starter
