Job Description

Develop and implement procurement strategies for ingredients to optimize cost and quality. Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts and performance evaluations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement aligns with organizational goals. Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations. Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals. Report procurement performance metrics to senior management.
