At Go Inspire Connect, we have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join our team based in Kettering on a full time, permanent basis.

Please note that print, direct mail, and postage experience is essential for this role.

Working within a small, friendly team your main responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Receive Direct Mail and print specifications and briefs from internal sources
  • Liaise with suppliers to gain competitive costs, compile quotations and provide these in timely manner
  • Proactively ensure that cost saving opportunities are explored for the client including suggestions for alternative methods of production and economy of scale discounts
  • Once a job is confirmed, re-negotiate costs to improve margin and issue POs to the selected suppliers
  • Work with suppliers to ensure jobs are produced the most efficient way, delivering value for money for your clients, whilst meeting requirements
  • Prepare quotations for work / jobs produced by GI Connect, observing commercial targets, margins and rebates
  • Handover completed live job quotes and POs to Account Management ensuring all information is clear and concise
  • To provide ideas to enhance the continual department improvement
  • To prepare documentation in line with existing Company process, procedure and format
  • To enhance the business proposition of GI Connect
  • Maintain a holistic view of all active jobs in order to negotiate economy of scale discounts with suppliers
